HOW DO I GET MY ORDER, AND WHAT WILL IT COST?

CreatoriShop offers three options for shipping your order:

- FREE nationwide shipping for orders over R600 (your order is conveniently couriered directly to your door, anywhere in South Africa)

- R100 flat rate will be applied at checkout for orders under R600 (your order is conveniently couriered directly to your door, anywhere in South Africa)

- You have the option to collect your order for FREE from our Head Office in Brackenfell, Cape Town

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes! We ship worldwide using international courier services. Please contact us directly for a quote. Unfortunately, NO FREE shipping is available for international orders, regardless of basket size. So use the opportunity to stack your basket! 

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery anywhere in South Africa takes 5-10 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery outside RSA takes approximately 7-10 Business Days and includes email updates of your delivery status. Please note that once your order arrives in your country, it will be assessed by customs. Based on your country's legislation, you may need to pay a fee to release the goods into the country. Once that amount is paid, the courier will deliver the parcel to your door. 

WHAT ABOUT ITEMS PURCHASED ON PROMOMOTION OR BLACK FRIDAY?

Items ordered during promotional periods may take longer to be delivered, not only as a result of intensive stock management and delays experienced by third-party courier companies due to high volumes and other logistical implications during this time. You can expect delivery to be delayed but, of course, we will keep you posted throughout the process.
